Computer Network Operations Analyst Programmer


The Computer Network Operations Analyst Programmer:

  • Support custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques
  • Design and develop end-to-end data ow and tasking into all CNO tools developed as prescribed by the Government
  • Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness
  • Reviews as prescribed by the Governments software development procedures and processes


Qualifications include:

  • General experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
  • CNO programming experience
  • Extensive experience in C/C++ programming

Preferred Experience

  • Proficient in debugging Windows user mode components with exposure to debugging kernel mode components
  • Experience in writing Windows device drivers
  • Windows internals knowledge
  • Exposure to x86 assembly and experience in binary analysis
  • Socket programming
  • Multi-threaded programming
  • Windows and/or Linux system APIs (POSIX, win32, win native api)
  • Extensive and recent experience in either Linux or Windows Programming
  • Source code control tools and their usage
  • Developing software to suit customer requirements
  • Advanced debugging
  • Custom network protocols
  • Software design and architecture
  • Windows or Linux Kernel
  • Experience developing cellular phone applications or operating systems
